Rich who producese the supercharger kits also produces some lightened pulleys and flywheel thought i'd post up the prices as he has dropped the prices

Prices are:

Auto-tensioner pulley - £25

Complete 'alloy pulley set' which comprises 1 of each of the above for £120

Here is the original For Sale thread clicky

Lightweight Steel flywheels - machined from EN19T billet steel, 3.8KG weight, dynamically balanced

£220

Please let me know if you want anything so I can contact him and get a job lot order

I can personally say the quality of these products are great i have all of them apart from the crank pulley (which i'll be getting soon)

Flywheels
Applications:

* XU10J4 - 306 S16, Mi16
* XU10J4R - 306 XSi [16V], Peugeot 406 [2.0 16V]
* XU10J4RS - 306 GTi-6, Citroen Xsara VTS

Product specification:

* Direct replacement OEM flywheel
* Extremely light at 3.8KG - the OEM flywheel is about 6.5KG
* Precision machined from AISI 4145 chromoly steel
* Dynamically balanced
* Includes inductive pick-up for crank sensor, standard 60-2 configuration
* Fits the standard clutch, we also do a version for a 7.25" race clutch [£10 extra].
* Reduces the intertia of the crankshaft - makes your engine much freerer revving, increases responsiveness, and can increase acceleration.

bottom pulley

This product will also fit:

* Citroen Xsara VTR and VTS
* Peugeot 306 XSi [16V]
* Peugeot 406 2.0 16V
* Compatible engine codes are XU10J4R and XU10J4RS

Product information:

* Precision machined from 6082 T6 billet aluminium
* Less than half the weight of OE item giving freer revving and effects similar to that of a lightened flywheel
* Single piece construction. OE item is a two-piece bonded assembly, a common problem with these is for the inner/outer sections to slip on the bonded rubber, dislocating the cambelt timing hole. This can lead to catastrophic engine failure if its not identified when changing cambelt.
* With the alloy pulley you can be assured the valve timing on your engine is 100% correct.
* Costs less than replacement Peugeot item and will outlast it many times over.
