I'm sure the owner wont like me saying this, but the car does NOT run right!

Also has been a CAT D

It is an offence to sell a car that is written off without telling the buyer!

Not if its a CAT D you do have to if its a B or C (A goes straight to the crusher as my Rallye did)

I asume its a CAT D, but it may be a CAT C, all i no is that the car was written off and was payed out on

depends when but any 309 writen off in the last 10 years would be a C as theres no value in the anyway

but anyone with some sense will do a vehicle check before serioulsy buying it then find out it was written off

I personally wouldnt even consider running a HPI check on such a old car, but i'd be totally pee'd off if i bought one and found out the prevous owner new!

please settle this simon as requsted.... car is HPI clear.... and has had hundreds spent since Mike saw the car last.... now runs well.

nothing really to settle tbh Mike says the car was damaged and is a Cat D and say terry should be saying i say otherwise at teh end of the day the car is old its going to have had a few knocks up to the buyer to do their homework, though if it is a CAT C-D and terry knows it should be disclosed

If X/Y/Z has been done to the car it should be listed, at the same time it's dishonest to advertise something as something other than what it is.
