I didn't know where to put this post as you don't have a place for track days but here we go. I'm trying to organise a track day at Llandow for the 106 rallye owners club for sometime in September as i know alot of people including me would like to do one there. Basically i have emailed the owners and asked them what prices we are looking at if either 15 or 20 cars attend the track day. I will get back to you when i know what dates are available when i get an email back off them. Thought i would start a list to give me a rough idea, to see if it's worth sorting out. If i get a possitive enough response i might organise one every year. I though i would invite the south wales pugs group to join in as well if they liked. Thanks for looking guys, John

Right here is the deal. September is fully booked but there is a free day on the 3rd of October and I can get a deal of £80 a car for more than 10 cars BUT the track will be open to other people who want to join on the day.

OR

If we could get 28-30 cars booked in we can have the track to ourselfs for the day for about £80-£90 a car. Any less than 25 cars and your looking at £90-£100 per car.

Let me know what you all think guys and gals and get your name down if you fancy it.

I like the idea of a swfco track day (ie the later idea) and would deffo be up for it. Also interested in the 3rd of october if that happens instead.

There will be three classes in the morning 15min setions novice, intermidiate and pro (all rankings usually get two runs each n the morning) then a break for lunch after lunch then it will be an open pit lane and there will be no more than 10cars on the track at one time which is plenty round Llandow.

To go on track you must have a helmet regardless of if the car is caged or not.

I picked up a Nitro motorcycle helmet for £40 on ebay BRAND NEW.

I have one large helmet and one X large helmet so will take both, if I have no passenger then someone can borrow it etc

OK i hope everyone on the list is a deffo (Unless stated) As i have booked 20 slots at Llandow for the 3rd of October.

It will work like this now instead of you paying me and me paying the track owners. You will have to ring up Llandow race track on this number (01446 796460). State that you want to book a slot for your car on the 3rd of October and say that it is being organised by me (Johnathan Hughes) for the 106 rallye register club members. Which will then mean you get the discount from £90 to £75 for the day. I believe this payment is non refundable and we need a MINIMUM of 10 cars to get the discounts so i hope everyone on the list is 100% in as this price is silly cheap. Thanks guys John
