been told today by insurance its an official write off and ill thy offered me £1600 for the car, so i took it casue minus excess work out at £1200 :DDD so im more than happy with that,will have cheque by end of next week and car back within 4days Very Happy

insurance are not paying out casue i got non standard tyres on basically, but how can you get standard tyres for a 306 on aftermarket alloys? i ask them what standard ones are and they aint gotta clue so i told them to review the policy and theyll get back to me in 2-3days,oh yea new i forgot to do something

surely the std tyres on a 10 year old car wont be worn out and unsafe for road use, if the tyres pass an MOT they are road worthy there just stalling payment.

have you though of getting the insurance obnisman (sp) bloke thing on to it?
