Read my other reply there is nothing to pay as such for us and i don't think he will charge you a lot to do yours there not sure about times we can use it but would think he wont have a problem using the place any time might have to keep the noise down at night if its close to the house.

Im sure he will be nice to you if you get the 2 post ramp as it will come in handy.

Will know more after the weekend but will try to go sooner depending when Chilly can make it.
