going to be a slow build as car is home and im in cardiff and popping back once a week to do little jobs, car is off road till at least january i reckon till i got more money.just doing little tasks everytime i go back and sorting any niggles out at same time.

first step was simply get the intercooler in place and make sure it was secure

next week i plan on putting the pipework on from the turbo side, pain in the arse on these due to space restriction by the turbo itself.

once the new map goes on 160bhp then itll be at its limit any more and i need to invest in bigger turbo which wont be happening so itll be 150-160bhp but limited torque till i can afford the clutch needed

Looks like a nice fitting cooler, what's the planned sizing/routing of the cooler pipes? For the lower one, if you're not making your own like bryn, use the C5 one, much better than the 406 one Smile

Good to see progress Smile

Do you know how you'll be getting from the L bend to the intercooler? I'm currently using the 406 top pipe, but don't like the routing as I had to push the air box back, so after a new solution, warlords one looks smart!

Yes intercooler is now "upside" down as its simply easier to mount with given pipes
