C2 VTS swap for 16v 106

The car is a work mates car and is very clean car only on roughly 45,000miles which is pritty low for a 54 plate. It's on piston heads for £4000 but for all SW Pugs members it's £3800 or a swap for a cheap S1 16v rallye, or S2 rallye, Gti (about £800 - £1000) with cash. But anything considered.
