As i have upgraded my suspension again. They have been on the car a few months now but have covered no more than 2,500miles. They are in great working order and all the adjustable nobs were smeard in grease before they went on and the springs lower the car by 40mm. Included will be 2x front dampers, 2x front springs and two rear shocks. I am after £150. Thanks and let me know, John
A few pictures of the front shocks i removed today and there are pictures of the rears in my blog somewhere.

The rears need a good clean.

There was grease put on the adjustable screws to stop them rusting so all the road dirt has stuck to them and they will wipe clean. The screws all turn fine too.
