meguiars 3step and a 306

spent the afternoon doing meguiars step 1, 2, and 3 as the car was really dirty tree sap was everywhere, started with a strong tfr mix let that to soak in for 15min then rinsed, then washed with the 2 bucket method, dried then started step 1, 2, 3 still got a few panels to do tomorrow but thats all i could manage today

yeah megs is really good stuff, does take a bit but i was sat in the chair so not too bad, cant wait now to fit the new parts

So what does megs consist of and how long does it take to apply. Do you notice much better results compared to say, halfords polish, because TBH, halfords car wash is brilliant IMO compared to other brands.

Meguirs 3 step:
1) Paint cleaner
2) Polish
3) Wax

my whole cleaning system is meguiars

i use gold class shampoo to wash it
step 1,2,3 when it dirty
gold class liquid wax when its ok
and speed detailer between wax
i also use the pink tyre stuff they do
spray window cleaner
dash cleaner
all the cloths etc

most of it was freebies, from shows i got £30 worth from PGAC for displaying with them at trax and fcs last year and £25 for trax this year also got aload from meguiars at fcs as i was on there stand

Lol, nice. I got the complete auto glym collection for mine. Halfords fault, they ran 3 for 2 on all of it

i used to use autoglym its good stuff i find its better with darker cars though i also used mer (sp) on my black cars that lasted ages only problem it doesnt make the white look good so i've got 2 bottles of that

iv got a massive bad of megs products toped up on clay wax terry towels and few other bits cars going to get pamperd tomorrow lol should look shiney for the meet.
