low mileage JP4'd S1 rallye (153 bhp) really nice spec!
I'm seriously thinking about selling my series 1 1994 rallye as i have an urge to buy a G40 polo so i am gauging intrest on a car that i have build and looked after over the last two years. When i bought the car two years ago it was on 71,00miles with and s2 rallye engine in and in the two years i have replaced basically every part of the car some of them twice (for uprated items). The car is now on 94,000miles and has been fitted with a very strong JP4 engine on which is now on 32,000miles. It has a very nice spec and is a quick, driveable, fun car to own. It completed a hassle free 1,300mile round trip to the Nurburg ring and made it around in 10.00mins.
For all the information and progress made on the car since i have owned it check out my blog http://www.106rallyeforum.com/forum2008/showthread.php?t=53212

The car is starting to show its age a little and as a couple of rust bubbles on the passanger rear quater above the arch which could easily be sorted. The passanger side strut has also wear where the ball joint is inserted but this will be sorted before the car is sold. If the car sells for a good price i will also change the oil and filter on the engine as i will be changing it if i keep the car anyway.
Here are the most recent photos i have of the car and the power graphs from the rollers.
Don't really know what to ask so i'll put a price on it her £2,800 but i am open to sensible offers.
