My 306 XSi
Right, well I know i've been saying for ages that I was going to keep her standard. Well these things just don't happen So far, only thing not standard on her is the OMP top strut brace:
< piccie will be here when i take it in a bit >
Not long after fitting this I figured it was about time to get her handling real nice, so on order I've got the OMP lower strut brace, some polyflex bushes and bottom engine mount. Will be fitting these and a new driveshaft in the next week or two.
Next step after that is going to be a full longlife exhaust system, koni coil-overs all round uprated ARBs and a laguna splitter.

Re: My 306 XSi
Hey if your looking for a good power gains out of the exhaust system i would strongly suggest a scorpion decat exhaust the same type as used on the pug sport cars. They are only about £260 delivered (probably the same price as long life) if i remember and worth every penny! Theres also a choice between tail pipe sizes an sound the nuts. They are also stainless steel.

Hope that helps you make the exhaust choice

Re: My 306 XSi
Mike: planning on fitting a 25mm front ARB (little bigger than the stock GTi6 one)
Freddy, cheers for the heads up but she's a 306 been quoted £300 for a full exhaust system from long life including a sports cat. For what it's worth, removing the cat completelly makes most pugs run rich, sure you may get a bit more power, but it;s at a serious cost (bore wash etc)

Re: My 306 XSi
Right, been a busy time for my little XSi
Me and toby fitted an Green Cotton air filter last weekend (pic to follow)
I then ended up on ebay and bought myself a fully decatted exhaust system with straight through mid section, got a gti6 manifold on it's way soon too
Got a nice little shopping list of parts stacking up to go on her now:
Group A/N engine mount
Exhaust system
Brembo Max grooved discs for the front and rear and matching pads
New Passenger side driveshaft
oil filter
Need to order in the next week or two (provided my wonderfull gf lets me):
Trico Neoform wipers (mine have died and i want to see how good these are)
Bilstein gas shocks and springs (30mm drop, would like less of drop but can't be done)

Re: My 306 XSi
Really sounds very nice, not too obvious too Quiet as before in the cabin. Feels a bit revvier at top end but could just be me.
Re: My 306 XSi
Another little update, clocked over 160k miles the other week in the XSi and she still goes like a rocket
Had a few little mods as well, set of leather seats in the front and a GE quickshift. Really does make driving it a pleasure (not that it wasn't already). Next up, some more induction needed
