i need a MA gearbox from either a saxo or 106



what you got?

There is a few 106/saxo/AX's up the local scrap yards near Penrhivyr? (pen-riv-er)

There was a mint AX up there, 56k on the clocks still running, just scraped as he didnt want to Mot it/spend anything on it. Bloody mint shell!

There is a VTS box on the rallye site for 50 quid.

No problem, from memory I know there is a diesel 106 up there, a saxo VTR and a good few basic 1.1 saxo's or 106's.

How is the AX? Have you sold the cage and gone back to full interior now?

cage cage has gone now & its back to a family car on the inside but still have the suspension set up & engine

i aint drove the AX in a while as ive had a fair bit of work need doing to it....i bought aa saxo VTS box for £30 but when i fidded it the box oil is leaking from the join between the box & belhousing so either get a new box or reseal this one but i dont want to strip the box but i can get the belhousing off enough to put some sealer on just have to see how it goes but i'll still look for another box just incase
