A frame tow bar!!

hi guys i live 4 miles from aberdare! just wondering if any1 has an a frame towbar they could use to tow a car for me? sometime this week? chuck you some petrol money to do it for me?? 
and maybe £20 on top for doing it for me!!

spares or repairs 1.9 diesel! apparently needs live wire run to heatplugs??

glowplug relay knackered maybe
would it need to go on any motorway ?
if not you can use a straight bar, the local tool hire place hire out for about £10 a day down here
