Depends on wheel condition, size colour finish etc etc but its from £20-50 per rim
£20 = flat and paint
£50 = repair a few kurb dints alloy scabbing etc high build prime, flat back and paint

the biggest factor is the condition to start with

as an example the wheels in my project would be £20 a rim

Yeah city Powder Coaters in Birmingham, the finish is perfect and they bake them after painting, too. I had a couple of small things done there, they do pretty much anything.
