we normally leave bout 3.30am form whitland to get there for 7.30 ish. when the gates open.

yeah meet at sarn sounds good we usually stop at the services on the M5 at the end of the M50 for bit of breakfast, last year we got court up with an accident and ended up having to miss the M42 and go further north so would rather leave earlier tbh

Would also mean we meet to leave Tenby road filling station at 3.15 down west

i have bought my ticket, can you tell me if i have extra people in the car do i have to buy more tickets online or can they pay an entrance fee there , as i have never been before, cheers paul

1 ticket will get the driver in the passengers can buy a ticket on the day but i'm 99% sure tickets dont go on sale on the day till around 9 so if we get there at 7 they have a bit of a wait outside

Best bet would be to pre order a ticket and if i could ask you to order a pass for each extra passenger that way we will have a tidy area for the stand as the space is worked out on passes sent out if you buy 1 ticket on the (FCS shop) then change the Quantity in the bottom box you will get 1 free pass for each ticket rather than paying for each extra

i will be booking a hotel lutterworth for the sunday night £19 a room and will be having a 2nd stag party if anyone wants to join

Then travel home with the hangover Monday sometime

I'll be going up on Saturday to see family/friends then staying in Northampton.
See you at the show (car will be on CXOC stand but I'll pop over)

i will be picking my friend up in blackwood,so which way will you being traveling will you go heads of the valley to the m50 or a different way, so we can meet you all to travel with you

going on the m50 pal tell me where would be the easiest place to meet and and pm me your phone number

Just to let everyone know we are meeting TO LEAVE at the times stated

think we'll leave earlier from down here so leaving Tenby road at 3am then leaving Sarn at 4am 30min for breakfast at the services so getting there at 8am to set the stand up

hhmm just thinking now leave an hour earlier to get there for 7am ???

Yeah thats what i was thinking was only when Dez questioned the times i added it up, when i said to my dad last week he said we're leaving latter this year he said i was 1.30 we left last just incase i needed to stop

I think getting there at 7.30 would be ok but we may hit traffic on the way in then and may not get on the stand till gone 8

1 year we cued 2 miles to get in

Toby just offered to go in a set the stand up with the banner and gazeebo so we wouldnt have to be there as early but still think we allow for something etc etc

If I was with you lot I would say leave sarn at 3:30. And make sure u all got each

yeah and i'll be drinking a nice cold lager by 4.30pm :)when most will be driving back
