I have a set of BRAND NEW front lowering springs for a 306 1.4/1.6, they should fit a 1.8 and 1.9d too but it doesnt say on the box. I got them from GSF, They have GSF on the box but not sure who actually makes them.

£30.

I bought them for my Dturbo but decided aganst using them as they're thinner than the standard ones so i got proper Dturbo ones instead.

As mickey says need to know the wheels offset to give the correct advise mate
ideal offset for 306 is ET15-18 but on mine i have had to run ET12 as im running 8" width 18s

My 17s are et25, fit fine on the front and i had to use 7mm spacers on the rear. All fits nice. 10mm spacers will clear the inner plastic arch cover, i had to take my covers off. Will be modifying them and putting them back on tho.
