Black 306 Rallye

This is my new short/small project to make a winter car, im bored of driving the D-Turbo as its just too slow so bought this in the hope/plan to put it back on the road for Jan/Feb and use as the run about



Complete with co driver

Thursday i pulled out the dead charged engine and cleaned the bay







Preped the new engine for going in (checked timing, cleaned clutch and pulleys etc)



Dropped in in on to its mounts yesterday but only had a few hours so finished it off today

Then drove it around and put it in the air to fit the cat




MOT booked for Tuesday Fingers crossed

fook me that was quick

Yeah done a few now so know where to cut corners

only took about 8-10 hours start to finish

Should be a nice lil project.

Next thing after MOT & Tax will be some steelies

Not my rallye steelies hopefully

My current set on the rallye are wrecked from the salt, they have gone yellow!

No they wont go over brakes, i'll have to pull my finger out and get yours done then, only had them 6 months

Citroen C5 steelies?

Probably the lightest wheel available unless you have some magnesium alloys.

not 1 on it, its the reason the car is being broken its fooked and the guy just said to scrap

did the few jobs for MOT this morning so it now has 12months on it

Number plate fall off on the way home from MOT? :p

Whats the next plan for the vehicle?

LOL took it off cos it wasnt fitted straight, next plan is maybe do Llandow in it next month then sell it on but going to sort bonnet first

I may pop down to Llandow to have a butchers, noticed a few 106 rallyes on the paid list. Cyber(Dean) has quite a track weapon, bodied, caged etc just depends on if its working

How much would you be looking at for the rallye?

Not sure yet would all depend on the final outlay tbh
