As long as the car is legal and not parked illegally, Nothing can be done to move it.

i can only see that its a problem due to where its parked I.E opposite the junction

nah where the car is it aint an actual street with houses on it, just a main road with cul de sacs branching off every 200yards

Yeh dave rang me this afternoon just to hurl abuse and i told him about it i thik his exact words were 'did you tell them to f*ck off?...Well you should have' But i might have sorted out borrowing his unit and garage for a couple of weeks to strip the car down store all the bits and then anything that doesnt go will either get binned or put somewhere else
