is any one wanting to take charge of arranging a campsite and convoy etc ?

iirc there is a campsite provided, at the moment i want to know numbers of who is acctually wanting to go as swfc i'd like to have 20 interested as always some will drop out so i want to show with at least 10 cars , i will then have to see what i need to do to have an area at the show but dont want enquire till i know i've got interest there are 3-4 over on the citroen forum wanting to show so we're on our way

I've sent off the forms so that we can display as 'South Wales French Car Owners' we will have to work quite quick now as hotels etc will start becoming unavailable

I plan to ask a neutral person at the show (i have a few in mind) that is nothing to do with SWFCO to pick show and shine 1st 2nd 3rd these 3 will receive prizes from the club

why not? if your travelling might as well stick it on the display

If i saw my car on display at fcs i would just laugh at the club that thought it would be a good idea to put it on show.

Is it clean - Yes, however this just shows up how the panels are different colours and how badly chipped the panels are.

you obviously have never been

a few years back there were cars with half fitted kits ripped seats etc etc

tbh i'd rather have 20-30 clean standard cars on the stand than have 2-3 modified 1s

Haha thats alright then, ive got a new found love for cleaning, spent 3 hours claying the car yesterday for it to just rain on it! Got a very quick layer of wax on it before it rained though and the beading is sweet. Ill stick my car on show then but at least try and get my hockey sticks in properly by then

Yeh, convoying should be fun from down here to up there lol, biggest convoy i was ever in was of 3 of us going to coventry, quite a good laugh actually

i did a 8 car up to fcs 06 that was great fun

Put me down, won't be camping as I will have my miss's and 2 year old in tow. We will also be travaling up on the Friday so we can go see friend on the Saturday.

this list is growing nicely

i'd like to be able to organise the stand so 106s together 306 etc etc all in model group also if we have say 2 red 106's i want them together

think the easiest way to do that would be arrange the order of cars going in to the show

If the car is done then im there, so will aim for this as a deadline.

But as for show and shine competition, im a track boy theres nout to show in comparison to others.
