Hey guys.
This is my first thread on here about my d-turbo Smile

I got rid of the cabriolet, and got this instead back in january, cheaper to run, and a comfier ride Smile

anyways, ill give you a quick spec of it:
99 T plate
Blaze Yellow
bought it on 94k (now on 96K, lol)
all phase 3 bits inside (clocks, dash surround, gear knob, steering wheel)
6 Disk multi-changer in boot
full service history
tax til end of april
MOT until july something
cambelt was changed at 87k with all receipts for work done on car Smile

originally came with BK Racing 17's
also came with standard meridian wheels
tints all around, dark on back 3 windows, light on front 2
and thats about it really Smile

Then i had it lowered on the weekend, and bought the 17's
i know the front is a bit higher, but im gonna wait for the springs to settle first, then decide what im doing Smile

personally lose the 17's, liking the sponge bob touch tho
get a bosch pump
re-do the black side strips in a matt/glos black
lose the rear wiper
colour code spoiler
debadge the rear
gti seats

then itll be perfect

on the same wave length here Smile

i got the wheels as they came with 4 good tyres, and they were cheaper than buying 2 new tyres, lol
im going to the side strips in gloss black along with the mirrors
rear wiper is going
not sure about de-badging
and i might possibly be getting half leather with the gold pattern on wednesday Smile

what it a bosch pump? im guessing its better than a lucas pump then?

no no no leave the mirrors as they are mate, you spray them black and goes back to povery looking,bosch pump is much better thna a lucas,easier to tune and can also use veggie oil to work hers some pics of mine before the crash, thats why we ar thinking on same wave length lol

im not gonna paint the whole mirror black, just the bit that isnt gold, lol

heres a little update Smile

i fitted my leather now, looks much better!
ill get pics of the leather fitted 2moz Smile

heres a fews pics of my car with the cyclones on, and a few pics of my car and my mates 106 GTi (which is for sale!)
as you can see, my car looks lower on the back, and my mates looks higher on the back due to the massive hill outside my parents house Sad
