FCS 2010 Hotel

FCS 2010 date will be announced during the next few weeks, i want to book a hotel straight away to try and get us all i 1 place, the only way we can all be in 1 place close the the venue is to book ASAP

Who will be up for this ?

This will need to be booked/paid for at the end of January at the very latest, i would like to book the same place as myself and mike used last year, car park has cameras everywhere and a pub next door and its quite close (20mins)

Lets get the list going and tell me what days you want to stay, if we book as 1 we may get a good deal on price :fingers crossed smilie:

As a guide on price last year we got a deal (i usually get an email start of the year) £28 for the 2 rooms which has 2 single or 1 double bed

£28 per night? Less than i was expecting tbh

yes £28 per night for 2 rooms so £14 a night per room, but those deals are sent out by email in the first few weeks of the year and will need to be jumped on to secure thats why im posting now, im wanting hotel to be sorted by end Jan with a group booking of xx rooms

yea id be up for it, just the 1 night tho (before fcs)

Yeah i'll have one, only the night before though as i'll have to go to work monday morning. Can give you a deposit end of the month at the meet if you want one?

p.s Sat is usually more epensive than the Sun which is why we did the Sunday last year, that and the fact on the Saturday you can have a drink or 2 but must be up early for the 8am start and on the Sunday you can have a few more as you dont need to be from the room till 11am

Thats fine,i can get up early anyway, just can't do sunday as i don't want to take the day off work.

Just found an awesome deal a hotel but i know other clubs are also wanting on a date to book this hotel, its 20-25 mile from the show (on our route) and its a huge grand total of £9 a room a night all through june so as soon as the FCS date is announced i will be pouncing on this and will need payment from everyone ASAP to be able to secure this for everyone
