£19 a night is still cool with me

lets just hope theres no more price jumps before the date is announced

ive worked a few things out money wise and things are going to be tight as hell over the summer month for myself personally .so unsure if fcs is viable at all if it is ill just kip on someone floor and pay them some moeny if thats cool with who ever has room lol

Depending if i bring someone up i'll be getting twin beds anyway ben if theres one free your more than welcome to it

is this sill going ahead? i would still like a room even if we dont go as a club

It will need to be the whole amount, we will be showing as a club the club stand has already been booked

i've asked for a price for 5 rooms and a price for 10 and we can go from there the woman didnt think they would discount it anymore but its worth a go

well as they say you don't get if you don't ask lol

Just got an email back (finaly) about the room and its not good a group booking is £532 (10 rooms) so dont think we'll do that, the same hotel is offering rooms for £19 a night so we now have 2 options here

OPTION 1 i post up the hotel and you all go away and book it yourselves, on a plus you might be lucky to get the selected few £19 rooms that are available or have to pay £62 for the higher rate room which (if i was in that possition) would see the group split up as you would just book somewhere else.

OPTION 2 i book all the rooms individually add up the cost and charge the average amount for a room this way we will all be in the same place and all paying the same rough guess would be £30-35 a room

p.s to book a room for you i would need a £10 deposit which can be paid via paypal, bank transfer or cheque

option 1 i think send a mass pm to everyone and go from there or its alot of work for you to be doing chasing people for moneys,

i know we may get split up but i could all meet up local?
