Hopefully mine will be kicking out 140bhp at 750kg = 175bhp per ton

I'd like to get the weight down to around 700kg, planning on getting every last gram out of it eventually. With polycarb windows, fibreglass boot, racing battery etc etc

well only decided last week to get some as the cage would hit on the original door cards so looked on ebay and there these were i said i'm having them Smile

there were only £40 up until 3min left i thought i was gonna get a right bargain.

Almost sorted the interior now just got to get the cage fitted and dash cut to fit them flocked

When i was with the guy making the cage i said about the intercooler being damaged and he told me he would make a custom 1 he'll get the core in and then weld the sides/piping on to it Smile

Still waiting on a space in the shed though so cant really start anything till the car is in undercover Sad

Todays work Smile

got the engine in the shed last night so when i got down there this morning i just lifted it out of the trailer removed the gearbox, clutch and flywheel, then had a cuppa.

after a short brake i cleaned up the block and cam covers with a wire wheel and painted red (just as a base for the next colour to site on)

I'm not sure yet i need to decide on the colour of the car then go from there

not sure weather to keep it black, do it 205 Rallye yellow 106 Rallye blue to have the question 'did Peugeot do the 306 Rallye in ???' or go full out track slag and go with the Porsche GT3 Green

Yeah my fav options at the moment are keep it black with a green cage and green rim on the alloys green calipers and engine bits done green, or go green with black roof and cage black wheels and green rim

well i might just do the wheels as with either the wheels will be black with green rim so might just do it to see how it looks on the black car
